As a lifelong lifter dedicated to the precision and structure behind real progress, Chris Welch founded NeuForm Fitness to bring clarity and purpose back to training. After six years of refining his own methods, he built NeuForm to replace guesswork with systems that deliver measurable results.

The name NeuForm was inspired by Chris’s mother, whose maiden name — Neubauer — and recovery from cancer became a symbol of resilience and renewal. Her strength shaped the brand’s identity: a commitment to rebuilding stronger, living with intention, and proving that structure creates transformation.

NeuForm exists on a simple belief: progress should be predictable. Too many lifters work hard without direction — following random workouts or trendy programs that overlook the fundamentals. Through years of study and iteration, Chris forged the NeuForm Framework — a balanced synthesis of progressive overload, controlled tempo, and structured recovery.
