Terms of Service
These Terms govern the website, accounts, training plans, Automatic Training Plan, Nutrition Lab, Strength Lab, private training, digital tools, educational content, and other current NeuForm products and services.
1. Agreement and product-specific terms
By accessing the Site, creating an account, using a NeuForm tool, purchasing a product, booking a service, submitting an intake, or using any NeuForm content or service, you agree to these Terms and the policies on this page.
Product pages, checkout disclosures, booking rules, signed agreements, and written service agreements may include additional terms. When a product-specific term expressly conflicts with this page, the product-specific term controls for that product or service.
2. Eligibility
The Site and digital products are intended primarily for adults. A minor may use a digital product only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
Current NeuForm private training is limited to approved clients age 18 or older. NeuForm may require identity, account, readiness, paperwork, payment, and eligibility verification before granting access to private training or other gated services.
3. Educational use, health boundaries, and no guarantees
NeuForm provides educational fitness, nutrition, performance, planning, and self-development information. NeuForm does not provide medical care, medical diagnosis, physical therapy, psychotherapy, registered dietitian medical nutrition therapy, emergency services, or treatment for disease or injury.
Calculators, generated plans, recommendations, summaries, readiness signals, nutrition targets, and other outputs are estimates based on the information available. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular person.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing exercise, nutrition, supplementation, weight-management, or performance practices when your health, symptoms, pregnancy, medication use, eating-disorder history, injury, pain, or medical condition may be affected.
NeuForm does not guarantee a specific strength, muscle, fat-loss, body-composition, mobility, performance, nutrition, health, or lifestyle outcome. Testimonials and published results are individual, client-reported experiences and are not typical-results promises.
4. Health and safety; assumption of risk
Exercise, stretching, conditioning, nutrition changes, supplementation, and physical activity involve risk, including soreness, fatigue, strains, sprains, falls, overuse injuries, cardiovascular events, serious injury, illness, and death.
You are responsible for using judgment, selecting an appropriate environment, following equipment instructions, stopping when an activity appears unsafe, and seeking qualified help when needed. Stop and seek appropriate care for chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, neurological symptoms, severe pain, or another potentially dangerous symptom.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with your use of NeuForm content, products, tools, equipment suggestions, training instructions, nutrition estimates, and third-party services.
5. Accounts, access, and security
Some products require a Memberstack account, Stripe payment status, approved plan connection, gated Library access, or another entitlement. Use the same email for checkout and account access when possible.
You are responsible for protecting your email, password, account, device, purchase links, and download links. You may not share accounts, gated access, private booking links, purchased files, or subscription access.
NeuForm may suspend or terminate access for fraud, payment disputes, unauthorized sharing, abuse, attempted security bypassing, scraping, unlawful conduct, or material violations of these Terms.
6. Digital product license and acceptable use
Unless a separate written license says otherwise, digital NeuForm products are licensed for personal, single-user, noncommercial use. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with NeuForm Fitness LLC or its licensors.
You may not:
- Resell, share, upload, distribute, sublicense, leak, or publicly post NeuForm files, gated content, plans, templates, books, tools, or access links.
- Use a personal product with clients, teams, classes, organizations, schools, or businesses without written commercial permission.
- Remove branding, copyright notices, disclaimers, or license notices.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, reproduce, or use NeuForm code, product logic, datasets, plan-generation logic, or structured content to create a competing product or service.
- Use NeuForm for unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, infringing, abusive, exploitative, or harmful purposes.
7. Purchases, delivery, and Automatic Training Plan
Prices, availability, bundles, discounts, bonuses, and product contents may change. Payments may be processed through Stripe, Memberstack, or another disclosed payment provider.
Ready-made digital products may be delivered through My Library, a gated download, email, or another controlled delivery route. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to your account.
Automatic Training Plan
Purchase creates the order, account access, and intake opportunity. Plan generation and the stated delivery window begin after NeuForm receives a complete intake. The intake must be accurate and complete enough to process safely and meaningfully.
NeuForm may use automated rules, templates, scripts, and manual review to create and deliver the plan. Automatic Plan records and personalized PDFs may be stored through NeuForm's private Vercel Blob and downloads-gateway infrastructure.
If required information is missing, contradictory, unsafe, or outside NeuForm's scope, NeuForm may request clarification, delay generation, limit the output, decline the request, or recommend qualified professional support.
8. NeuForm Labs subscriptions
Nutrition Lab Pro, Strength Lab Pro, and Nutrition + Strength Pro may be offered as recurring subscriptions. The product, price, and billing interval shown at checkout control. A subscription renews until canceled unless the checkout states otherwise.
Use the billing or account controls provided with the subscription when available. If the management control is unavailable or billing looks incorrect, contact Support using the email connected to the subscription before creating another subscription or payment. Cancellation generally stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period except where required by law or expressly promised at checkout.
Ending a paid Lab subscription removes paid capabilities according to the current access state. Supported browser-local Lab records are not automatically deleted by cancellation. Changing browsers or devices, using private browsing, or clearing site data can still remove or separate browser-local records.
9. Private training, appointments, and coaching
Private training, supervised training, assessments, coaching, and appointments are educational and performance-focused services. They do not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, physical-therapy, or registered-dietitian relationship.
Current private training is available only to approved adult clients who complete the required Fit Review, agreements, readiness information, and account-access steps.
Appointment length, price, location, package coverage, expiration, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, guest, and safety rules are governed by the booking page, confirmation email, signed client packet, and other written service terms.
10. Refunds, technical problems, and payment disputes
Because many NeuForm products are digital, downloadable, access-based, customized, or service-based, purchases are generally final after access is delivered, generation begins, or a service begins, except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.
Contact Support within 7 days for a duplicate charge, corrupted file, incorrect charge, failed delivery, or access problem. NeuForm will make reasonable efforts to restore access, resend a file, correct the charge, or provide another appropriate remedy.
Contact NeuForm first when possible so we can investigate a billing, access, or delivery problem. Access associated with a disputed payment may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed. NeuForm may provide order, delivery, access, policy, and communication records to a payment processor or financial institution.
11. Reviews, testimonials, and user content
You remain responsible for information, reviews, testimonials, files, messages, photos, videos, or other content you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, false, misleading, infringing, unsafe, harassing, invasive of another person's privacy, or not yours to share.
When you separately authorize public use of a review or result, you grant NeuForm a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to reproduce, edit for clarity or length without changing the meaning, publish, and display the approved content for NeuForm marketing and informational purposes.
NeuForm may require disclosure of a free product, discount, payment, or other benefit connected to a review. NeuForm may decline or remove any submission.
12. Third-party services
NeuForm relies on third-party providers for hosting, accounts, payments, automation, email, forms, storage, scheduling, signatures, analytics, advertising measurement, app infrastructure, databases, and product delivery.
Those providers have their own terms, availability, security, and privacy practices. NeuForm is not responsible for a provider's independent conduct, outage, pricing, refund decision, platform rule, or data practice, but NeuForm remains responsible for its own obligations under applicable law.
13. Disclaimers, liability, and indemnification
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. NeuForm disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, and suitability for a particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuForm Fitness LLC and its owner, contractors, providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, lost opportunity, business interruption, emotional distress, or third-party conduct arising from the Site or products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuForm's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim or $50, whichever is greater. Some limitations may not apply where prohibited.
You agree to indemnify and hold NeuForm harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Site or products, breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, user content, or violation of another person's rights.
14. Changes, governing law, and contact
NeuForm may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue products, features, prices, content, or access methods. Material policy changes will be reflected by an updated effective or reviewed date and may receive additional notice when appropriate.
These Terms are governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires another forum, exclusive venue lies in the state courts of Will County, Illinois, and the federal courts of the Northern District of Illinois.
