1) Agreement to Terms
By accessing neuform-fitness.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any NeuForm product or service (“Products”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase Products. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with a parent/guardian.
3) Health & Safety Disclaimer
Training and physical activity involve inherent risks. Our content and Products are educational and not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. You assume all risk from participation.
4) Digital Products License (What You Can & Can’t Do)
When you purchase a NeuForm digital product (e.g., training plan PDFs, workouts, tools), you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use it for yourself only. You may not:
5) Pricing, Payments, and Delivery
Prices may change without notice. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card numbers. Access to digital products is delivered by on-screen download and/or emailed link after purchase. If you have access issues, email us within 7 days and we’ll provide a working copy.
6) Refunds
Because our Products are digital and accessible immediately, all sales are final. If there’s a technical problem (e.g., corrupted file, duplicate charge), contact us within 7 days and we’ll correct the issue.
7) Intellectual Property
All Site content—including plans, copy, graphics, logos, and code—is owned by NeuForm Fitness or its licensors and protected by law. Except for the personal license in §4, no rights are granted.
8) Acceptable Use
You agree not to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, circumvent paywalls, interfere with the Site, or use it for unlawful purposes.
9) Testimonials & Reviews
If you submit a testimonial or review, you grant NeuForm a non-exclusive right to display, reproduce, and edit it for clarity/length, with your first name and initial unless you request anonymity.
10) “AS IS” Warranty Disclaimer
The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuForm Fitness (and its owners/affiliates) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product or $50, whichever is greater.
12) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold NeuForm Fitness harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site/Products, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
13) Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, email chriswelch.neuform@gmail.com with: (a) your contact info; (b) identification of the work; (c) the URL(s) at issue; (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that you’re authorized; and (e) your signature.
14) Changes to Products or Features
We may modify or discontinue Products, features, or prices without notice. We are not liable for modifications, price changes, or discontinuations.
15) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts in Will County, Illinois and the federal courts of the Northern District of Illinois.
16) Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the “Effective date” and, for material changes, may post a notice on the Site. Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

1) Scope
This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information (“PI”) when you visit neuform-fitness.com, purchase Products, or interact with us.

You provide: name, email, payment details (processed by our payment provider), order info, form submissions (e.g., consult interest), messages to support, testimonials.
Automatically: device/log data (IP address, browser type/version, pages viewed, timestamps), cookies/analytics events, approximate location (from IP).
From third parties: payment processors (transaction status), scheduling providers (booking data), email providers (deliverability).

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You may request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing.” NeuForm does not sell or share PI for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a request or authorize an agent, email us with “CCPA Request” in the subject. We will verify your request and respond within the statutory period (typically 45 days).
EEA/UK/Switzerland (GDPR)
You have the rights listed above and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful bases are listed in §3.

Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect PI from them. If you believe a child provided PI, contact us and we will delete it.

Transactional: receipts and essential service emails related to orders or account.
