By accessing neuform-fitness.com (the "Site"), creating an account, using any NeuForm tool, calculator, content, file, dashboard, form, subscription, service, or product, or purchasing any NeuForm offering (collectively, "Products"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (together, the "Agreement").
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Products. These Terms apply to all current and future NeuForm offerings unless a specific product, checkout page, service agreement, or written contract provides different terms.
NeuForm Products are intended primarily for adults age 18 and older. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use NeuForm only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and allow a minor to use NeuForm, you are the purchaser and responsible party. You agree to this Agreement on the minor's behalf and accept responsibility for supervision, use, safety decisions, purchases, and outcomes.
The Site and Products are not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 may not create accounts, submit personal information, purchase Products, or use community, messaging, partner-matching, or location-enabled features.
Certain features, including community features, messaging, partner matching, coach discovery, location-enabled features, marketplace features, and real-world coordination features, may be restricted to adults or require additional consent, verification, or safety controls.
"Products" may include, without limitation: downloadable training plans; ebooks and printed books; guides; templates; workout logs; nutrition and hydration tools; calculators; dashboards; custom plan services; coaching services; consults; courses; subscriptions; memberships; communities; challenge products; certification or education products; physical goods; and any future NeuForm offering.
Educational use only. NeuForm content, tools, and Products are provided for educational and informational purposes only. NeuForm is not a medical provider, registered dietitian practice, physical therapy practice, psychotherapy provider, mental health service, emergency service, or clinical decision-making platform.
No medical advice. NeuForm does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, rehabilitation prescriptions, disease management, or emergency guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise, nutrition, supplement, weight-loss, or performance program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pain, illness, pregnancy, eating-disorder history, medication use, cardiovascular risk, metabolic condition, or other health concern.
Tools and calculators. Any calculator, recommendation, score, estimate, template, generated plan, automated output, digital feature, or dashboard result is an estimate based on your inputs, available data, and assumptions. You are responsible for your decisions and for verifying outputs with qualified professionals when appropriate.
Nutrition content. Nutrition content is educational and performance-oriented. It is not individualized medical nutrition therapy and is not a substitute for a registered dietitian, physician, or other qualified professional.
DLTER and self-development content. DLTER and related self-development content are conceptual educational frameworks for reflection, structure, and personal development. They are not psychological treatment, psychiatric advice, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, therapy, or crisis support.
No guarantees. NeuForm does not guarantee any specific strength, muscle gain, fat loss, body composition, aesthetic, health, nutrition, habit, recovery, performance, income, coaching, business, or life outcome.
Testimonials and examples. Testimonials, reviews, progress examples, before-and-after examples, and case studies reflect individual experiences. They are not promises, guarantees, or evidence that you will achieve the same or similar results. Where we display specific results, those results should be understood as individual examples unless we clearly state what typical users can generally expect based on reliable evidence.
Exercise, training, stretching, conditioning, nutrition changes, supplementation, sport activity, and physical performance work involve inherent risks. These risks include soreness, fatigue, strains, sprains, falls, overuse injuries, cardiovascular events, serious injury, illness, and death.
You are solely responsible for your health and safety while using NeuForm. You agree to use judgment, stop activity if something feels unsafe, seek professional guidance when needed, and avoid exercises, loads, ranges of motion, environments, or nutrition strategies that are not appropriate for you.
You voluntarily assume all risks arising from use of the Site and Products, including risks associated with exercises, equipment, surfaces, facilities, environments, weather, coaching cues, tool outputs, automated outputs, third-party services, wearable data, and any reliance on content or recommendations.
If you experience chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, neurological symptoms, signs of a medical emergency, severe pain, or any dangerous symptom, stop immediately and seek emergency or qualified medical care.
Certain Products or features may require an account, gated access, membership status, account login, or third-party access system such as Memberstack, Stripe, Apple, Google, or another provider.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share accounts, login credentials, purchase links, gated access, files, or subscription access with others.
Unauthorized sharing, misuse, scraping, account abuse, security bypassing, or policy violations may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital Products are licensed, not sold. When you purchase or receive a digital Product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, access, and use it for your own personal, single-user use.

NeuForm may offer ebooks, printed books, workbooks, courses, physical resources, merchandise, accessories, or other non-digital or mixed-format Products.
Ebooks, downloadable books, courses, and digital libraries are treated as digital Products unless a product page says otherwise. Printed books, merchandise, or physical goods may be subject to shipping, fulfillment, return, replacement, and damage terms shown at checkout or on the product page.
If a physical Product is fulfilled by a third-party platform, printer, shipper, retailer, or marketplace, your purchase may also be subject to that provider's terms, policies, taxes, shipping rules, refund rules, and customer support processes.
Some Products are custom services ("Custom Plans") and require you to complete an intake questionnaire or provide information about your goals, training history, equipment, schedule, limitations, preferences, or other factors.
The Custom Plan service begins at purchase because access, intake processing, workflow setup, and plan preparation may begin immediately.
Time-limited intake. Unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout page, you must submit your intake within the stated window. If you do not submit your intake within that window, the order may be considered used or fulfilled and may require a new purchase to restart.
Automated and manual workflow. NeuForm may use automated scripts, templates, rules, or plan-generation tools to prepare an initial draft based on your intake. Where applicable, plans may be manually reviewed before final export and delivery.
Delivery timelines. Delivery and support timelines are described on the relevant product, checkout, or service page. Windows vary by product, and product-specific terms control the applicable delivery timeline. Timelines may vary due to workload, missing information, technical issues, platform outages, holidays, illness, or circumstances outside our control.
Accuracy of information. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate intake information. NeuForm is not responsible for issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsafe, or misleading information.
NeuForm may offer consults, coaching, check-ins, plan reviews, form reviews, live sessions, in-person services, remote services, group coaching, team services, or other human-delivered services.
Service details, length, location, scheduling rules, cancellation rules, rescheduling rules, refund rules, communication methods, and included deliverables may be shown on the product page, scheduling page, checkout page, service agreement, or written communication.
Coaching and consult services are educational and performance-focused. They do not create a medical provider-patient relationship, therapist-client relationship, dietitian-client medical nutrition therapy relationship, or emergency-response relationship.
If you book an appointment and do not attend, cancel late, arrive late, provide incomplete information, or fail to complete required forms, NeuForm may treat the session as used, subject to the applicable service terms.
NeuForm may offer digital features through third-party platforms, device features, connected services, wearable integrations, notifications, shortcuts, or other digital surfaces.
If you access NeuForm through Apple, Google, or another third-party platform, your use may also be governed by that platform's terms, rules, payment requirements, refund process, subscription management tools, privacy controls, and platform policies.
Some purchases for digital content, subscriptions, or features may be required to use Apple, Google, or another platform's purchase system. Other purchases, such as physical goods or real-time human-delivered services, may use external payment methods where permitted.
Platform-controlled subscription cancellations and refund requests may need to be handled through the platform where the purchase was made. NeuForm may not be able to cancel, refund, or modify purchases controlled by Apple, Google, or another platform.
NeuForm digital features may depend on device permissions, network access, operating system support, wearable compatibility, third-party APIs, or platform approval. Features may vary by device, region, account status, subscription, or permissions.
Some Products may be offered as subscriptions. Subscription terms, including pricing, billing interval, included features, trial terms, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and platform requirements, will be displayed at purchase or in the applicable platform.
Prices may change without notice. Product availability, features, bonuses, bundles, launch pricing, coupons, trials, and discounts may change or end at any time.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Memberstack, Apple, Google, Webflow, scheduling platforms, or marketplace providers. NeuForm does not store full payment card numbers.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, platform charges, shipping charges, currency conversion fees, bank fees, and payment-provider charges unless a checkout page says otherwise.
Digital Products may be delivered by on-screen download, gated access, account locker, email link, file link, or another delivery method. You are responsible for providing a valid email address, checking spam folders, maintaining account access, and ensuring you can receive messages from us.
If you have access issues, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make reasonable efforts to provide a working copy, restore access, or correct the issue. Any resends, extensions, or accommodations beyond this window are provided at NeuForm's discretion unless required by law.
General rule: Because many NeuForm Products are digital, downloadable, access-based, customized, or service-based, sales are final except as required by law or as expressly stated at checkout, in a product-specific policy, or in a separate written agreement.
Once a digital Product is delivered, downloaded, unlocked, emailed, or access is granted, refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of use, user error, failure to read the product description, subjective dissatisfaction, or inability to follow the program.
Custom Plans are generally non-refundable once purchased because the service begins at purchase and may involve time-sensitive access, automation, preparation, review, and processing. Failure to submit the intake within the stated window may require repurchase to restart.
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel to prevent future renewals. If you purchased through a third-party platform, cancellation and refund requests may need to be handled through that platform.
Coaching, consult, appointment, and human-delivered service refunds, cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling are governed by the terms shown at booking, checkout, or in the applicable service agreement.
If NeuForm offers physical goods, product-specific return, replacement, damage, shipping, and fulfillment terms will be disclosed at checkout or on the product page and will control for that item.
If there is a technical problem, corrupted file, failed access, duplicate charge, or incorrect charge, contact us within 7 days. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, such as restoring access, resending a file, or refunding a duplicate charge where appropriate.
Starting a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in loss of access and may be treated as a breach of this Agreement. We reserve the right to provide payment processors, payment platforms, banks, or dispute-resolution providers with relevant order, delivery, access, communication, and policy records to contest chargebacks.
"User Content" includes anything you submit, upload, post, share, message, publish, review, or send to NeuForm or through NeuForm features, including testimonials, reviews, comments, photos, progress images, videos, profile content, training notes, messages, session requests, plan feedback, form submissions, uploaded files, and shared materials.
You are responsible for your User Content. You may not submit content that is unlawful, false, misleading, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, dangerous, spammy, impersonating someone else, or encouraging unsafe conduct.
If you submit a testimonial, review, progress story, photo, or similar content for public display or marketing, you grant NeuForm Fitness LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, edit for clarity and length, publish, and use that content for marketing and promotional purposes without changing the meaning.
We will use first name, initials, general descriptors, or anonymized identifiers unless you give permission for broader identification. We may remove, moderate, restrict, or refuse User Content at our discretion.
Private intake data, account data, health or fitness inputs, progress photos, coach notes, account logs, and similar private materials are handled under the Privacy Policy below and are not treated as public marketing content unless you separately grant permission.
NeuForm may offer community features, training partner matching, accountability pods, coach discovery, session requests, venue-aware features, event features, household coordination, messaging, or other relationship-based features.
These features may require additional eligibility rules, consent, safety controls, privacy settings, reporting tools, moderation, identity checks, location permissions, or product-specific terms.
You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with others online or in person. NeuForm does not guarantee the identity, qualifications, conduct, reliability, safety, background, attendance, or performance of other users, coaches, businesses, venues, facilities, or third-party providers.
If a feature helps coordinate real-world activity, you agree to use caution, meet in safe public or appropriate training environments, follow facility rules, avoid sharing sensitive personal information unnecessarily, and report unsafe conduct.
NeuForm may restrict, suspend, or remove access to community, location, messaging, or partner features for safety, privacy, trust, or policy reasons.
NeuForm may eventually support coach listings, provider listings, facility listings, partner modules, marketplace offers, events, team products, certification products, white-label services, third-party modules, or referral relationships.
Third-party coaches, providers, facilities, sellers, partners, and organizations are independent unless expressly stated otherwise. NeuForm is not responsible for their actions, services, credentials, facilities, schedules, statements, content, safety practices, pricing, refunds, taxes, or outcomes.
Marketplace, partner, or provider offerings may have additional terms, service agreements, liability rules, refund rules, payout rules, eligibility requirements, and privacy disclosures. Where a third party controls the service, facility, booking, refund, delivery, or payment rail, their terms may also apply.
All content on or provided through the Site and Products, including plans, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, templates, tools, calculators, code, workflows, dashboards, program logic, books, guides, course materials, branding, design, and product structure, is owned by NeuForm Fitness LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Except for the limited personal license expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred or granted.

The Site and Products may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting platforms, payment processors, purchase platforms, account providers, scheduling tools, analytics tools, email platforms, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, form tools, automation tools, wearable platforms, health data platforms, maps, or other providers.
NeuForm is not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, availability, pricing, refunds, practices, data handling, outages, errors, or decisions. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their terms and policies.
The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuForm Fitness LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, accuracy, availability, or suitability for your goals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuForm Fitness LLC, its owner, affiliates, contractors, service providers, licensors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, physical injury, emotional distress, business interruption, device issues, platform failures, or third-party conduct arising out of or relating to the Site or Products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuForm's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or Products is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim or $50, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NeuForm Fitness LLC, its owner, affiliates, contractors, service providers, licensors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site or Products, your breach of this Agreement, your User Content, your violation of law, your misuse of third-party services, or your violation of another person's rights.

NeuForm may request more information before taking action. If NeuForm later registers a designated copyright agent, this section may be updated with agent details and additional procedures.
We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue Products, features, content, pricing, bundles, discounts, subscriptions, digital functionality, or access methods at any time. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation except where required by law.
NeuForm Fitness LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including outages, platform issues, provider interruptions, payment failures, internet failures, cyber incidents, natural disasters, illness, labor issues, supply chain issues, shipping delays, governmental actions, or platform policy changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state courts of Will County, Illinois, and the federal courts of the Northern District of Illinois, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will be revised when updates are made. For material changes, we may post a notice on the Site, update account notices, or provide another notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site or Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you choose to provide health, fitness, injury, nutrition, or wearable-related information, you do so voluntarily so we can provide requested Products, tools, digital features, or services.

Health, fitness, wearable, motion, camera, microphone, photo, progress media, and device data are sensitive. NeuForm uses this data only to provide or improve the requested health, fitness, performance, training, nutrition, recovery, support, safety, or user-facing functionality.
We do not use health, fitness, wearable, motion, camera, microphone, photo, HealthKit, Health Connect, clinical-record, or health-related device data for advertising, marketing, or third-party data mining.
We do not knowingly write false or inaccurate health or fitness data into connected health platforms. If a feature syncs with Apple Health, HealthKit, Health Connect, wearables, or similar services, the specific data types and permissions will be shown through the platform's permission flow or account settings.
You can usually revoke device permissions through your device settings, account settings, or connected platform controls. Revoking permissions may limit or disable related features.
NeuForm may support photo logging, label scanning, progress photos, voice logging, form media, or other capture features in future products.
Capture-based outputs may be automated or partially automated. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or uncertain. Where practical, uncertain outputs should be reviewed, edited, confirmed, or corrected by you before they affect durable records or decisions.
We do not use private photos, progress media, voice recordings, camera inputs, labels, or capture inputs for public marketing unless you give separate permission. We do not use this data for advertising or third-party data mining.
We may collect approximate location from your IP address for security, analytics, localization, or general site operation.
If future NeuForm features use precise location, venue matching, route support, local partner matching, facility discovery, weather-aware training, or real-world coordination, we will request permission where required. Precise location will be used only for the requested feature, safety controls, functionality, or user-facing benefit.
You can usually disable location access through your browser, device, or account settings. Some features may not work without location access.
We use necessary cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for core site functionality, security, account access, payment flow, consent preferences, and product delivery.
We may use analytics and advertising technologies, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or similar tools, to understand usage, measure performance, improve Products, and evaluate marketing. Where required by law, we obtain consent for non-essential cookies through a banner, preference center, or similar mechanism.
We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on your location and how tools are configured, some analytics or advertising activities may be considered "sharing" or "sale" under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out through provided controls, browser settings, Global Privacy Control, or by contacting us.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of applicable sale, sharing, advertising, or non-essential tracking where required by law and applicable to our processing.
We share personal information with service providers who help operate NeuForm. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us, subject to their contracts, security practices, and policies.

We may also share information if required by law, to enforce agreements, to protect rights or safety, to complete a business transaction, or with your consent.
If NeuForm offers coach, household, partner, community, marketplace, facility, team, organization, or clinic-adjacent collaboration features, the information visible to other people depends on the feature, your settings, your permissions, the relationship type, and the relevant product terms.
For example, a coach may see client information needed to provide coaching if a coach-client relationship is active. A household member may see shared pantry, planning, schedule, or accountability information if you grant permission. A community or partner feature may show profile or session information you choose to make visible.
NeuForm's goal is to keep these features permission-aware and scope-bound. You should not share information with coaches, partners, household members, facilities, communities, or third parties unless you are comfortable with the visibility and use of that information.
If you purchase through Apple, Google, Stripe, Memberstack, or another platform, that platform may collect and process payment, subscription, tax, device, account, refund, and transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy.
NeuForm may receive limited purchase or subscription status information from those platforms so we can provide access, support, entitlement verification, and account continuity.
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or de-identify it where reasonably feasible.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, account security practices, service-provider controls, and other safeguards appropriate to the size and nature of NeuForm.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your devices, email account, passwords, platform accounts, and login credentials.
If we are legally required to notify users, regulators, service providers, payment platforms, or other parties about a security incident or breach involving personal information or health-related data, we will do so as required by applicable law.
NeuForm is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access NeuForm from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with privacy laws different from those where you live.
Where required, transfers rely on recognized safeguards offered by providers or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
NeuForm may use automated scripts, formulas, rules, calculators, templates, or inference-assisted tools to process submitted information and generate draft outputs, such as plan drafts, nutrition estimates, recommendations, summaries, rankings, or tool outputs.
Automated outputs are educational estimates and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. They are not medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or emergency decisions.
If you believe submitted information was incorrect or an output appears wrong, contact us or correct the input where the feature allows.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how we process personal information.

California residents may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, and receive information about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, disclosures, and retention. You may also have the right to opt out of sale or sharing and the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable.
NeuForm does not sell personal information for money. If our use of analytics or advertising tools is considered "sale" or "sharing" under California law, you may opt out through available controls, Global Privacy Control, or by contacting us with "CCPA/CPRA Request" in the subject line.
We do not use sensitive personal information, such as health or fitness-related information, for purposes other than providing requested Products, services, security, legal compliance, safety, or other purposes permitted by law unless you consent.
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request as permitted by law. We may require verification of your identity and the agent's authority.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our legal bases may include contract performance, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and protection of rights or safety.
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port your data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
The Site and Products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it where required.
If a parent or legal guardian provides information on behalf of a minor age 13 or older, they consent to collection and use of that information as described in this Policy and are responsible for supervising the minor's use.
Community features, messaging, partner matching, location-enabled features, marketplace features, coach discovery, and real-world coordination features may be restricted or unavailable to minors.
Transactional communications: We may send receipts, access links, account messages, service notices, security notices, product delivery messages, subscription notices, appointment messages, and support communications.
