Reality Types supplemental notice

Reality Types Data and Blueprint Access Notice

Effective August 8, 2026 Supplements the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This notice explains the information used to score and save Reality Maps, personalize paid Blueprints, preserve prior purchases, and separate normal product use from optional research permission.

1. Information processed

When you take the Reality Types assessment, NeuForm may process your item responses, nine dimensional scores, ranked type matches, convergence or differentiation measures, assessment and scoring version identifiers, completion timestamps, source page, and technical records needed to operate and secure the service.

When you save a Reality Map, the attempt is linked to your NeuForm account identifier. If you purchase or previously purchased Blueprint access, NeuForm also processes the entitlement and transaction references needed to verify access. Optional feedback and research-permission choices are processed only when you submit them.

2. Sources and service providers

Assessment responses and optional feedback come directly from you. Scores, type matches, and Blueprint sections are derived through NeuForm's versioned scoring and content rules. Account and access information comes from Memberstack, and payment status may come from Stripe or Memberstack.

Reality Types records and secure Blueprint delivery may be processed through Webflow, Memberstack, Vercel, Neon Postgres, Stripe, and other providers already identified in the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, only as needed for their contracted functions.

NeuForm does not intentionally send assessment responses, dimensional scores, saved Reality Map content, or personalized Blueprint text to Google Analytics or Meta for targeted advertising.

3. How the information is used

NeuForm uses Reality Types information to calculate your result, display the free Snapshot, save account-linked Reality Maps, show attempt history in My Library, compare saved maps, verify ownership and paid access, assemble the personalized Blueprint, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, and diagnose service problems.

Reality Types is an educational self-reflection framework. It is not a medical or mental-health diagnosis, clinical assessment, or substitute for evaluation by a qualified professional. Results can change with your responses, context, and future version updates.

4. Saving is separate from optional research permission

Saving a Reality Map is a product action. It stores the result for your account and does not by itself authorize NeuForm to use your identifiable assessment data for research.

Any research-permission request is separate, voluntary, and not required to receive a free result, save a Reality Map, purchase Blueprint access, use an unlocked Blueprint, or obtain support. Declining or withdrawing research permission does not remove your normal product record. A deletion request is a separate action.

5. Blueprint purchases and grandfathered access

A current account-level one-time Blueprint purchase unlocks personalized Blueprint access for the account's current and future saved Reality Maps, subject to ownership and entitlement verification. The price and checkout disclosures shown at purchase control.

Customers who legitimately purchased an earlier type-specific Blueprint are grandfathered into the current account-level access model. A prior purchaser should not buy again to restore access. Use the same NeuForm account when possible, or contact Support with the checkout email and NeuForm login email if they differ.

6. Retention, deletion, and access recovery

Saved Reality Maps are retained while reasonably needed to provide account history, Blueprint access, support, security, and the requested service. Self-service deletion may be unavailable during a staged rollout. You may submit a verified deletion request through the Contact Page or Support.

NeuForm will make reasonable efforts to delete verified saved-attempt data from active systems and notify relevant processors where required. Completion may take additional time across backups, logs, and provider systems as allowed by law. Limited transaction, entitlement, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute records may be retained where necessary.

Deleting a saved Reality Map does not automatically revoke or refund a Blueprint purchase. If a purchase or saved result is missing, do not pay again. Open Support so NeuForm can reconcile the account, entitlement, and saved-attempt records.

7. Choices and contact

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or information about the processing of your Reality Types data. Submit a request through the Contact Page or email chriswelch.neuform@gmail.com. Include the account email connected to the relevant Reality Map or purchase.

For access problems, use Support. For the complete legal terms governing NeuForm, return to the Legal Center.
