Build useful evidence from completed submaximal sets without forcing a true one-rep-max attempt.
Strength data should change what you do next.
Turn completed sets, setup, equipment, and training history into useful strength ranges, better session decisions, and clearer progress without forcing a one-rep-max test.
No purchase required. Records stay in this browser unless you export, back up, or restore them.

The lift, variation, equipment, setup, loading model, and evidence quality remain part of the result.
Your records remain browser-local, and guidance stays bounded by the evidence available.
From one completed set to a useful decision.
Strength Lab keeps the exact lift and setup attached, separates comparable evidence, shows uncertainty honestly, and helps you decide what the current information supports.
The lift stays specific.
Exercise, variation, equipment, setup, units, and loading model remain attached instead of being blended into one generic result.
Not every set belongs together.
Completed sets are interpreted with enough context to decide whether they support the same comparison.
Ranges keep confidence honest.
Evidence-dependent ranges and confidence states are used when one exact estimate would imply more certainty than the data support.
Your record stays under your control.
Supported records remain local, with export, backup, restore, and review tools available.
Start with evidence. Add Pro when you want it to guide the session.
Strength Lab Free is a complete starting workspace. Pro becomes useful when you want the evidence to evaluate today’s work, adapt the session, and learn from your history.
Strength Lab Free
Build reliable strength records, calculate useful ranges, and understand what the current evidence supports.
- Up to four active lift profiles
- Comparable evidence entry and correction
- Core strength, loading, warm-up, and relative-strength tools
- Basic Today working range
- Recent history and basic progress review
- Supported import, export, backup, and restore
See all Free capabilities
- Standard lift profiles and one basic custom lift
- One active equipment and setup profile per lift
- Benchmark profile preview without fabricated percentiles
- Evidence CSV and raw-data portability workflows
Free records remain local to the current browser or device unless you deliberately export, back up, or restore them.
Strength Lab Pro
Use your evidence to evaluate today’s planned work, adapt the session, review progress, and learn how each lift responds over time.
- Unlimited lifts, custom profiles, setups, and equipment profiles
- Planned-work checks and loadable Today guidance
- Adaptive warm-up, first-set, and remaining-work decisions
- Session review and next-exposure guidance
- Personal response, progress, and plateau learning
- Benchmark ranges, advanced modes, and Strength Passport
See all Pro capabilities
- What Changed, replay, What If, return, and travel-gym modes
- Rep-strength, fatigue, rest-response, and warm-up learning
- Peer benchmark ranges with source, cohort, sample size, and confidence
- Interpreted imports and qualified NeuForm handoffs
Your account verifies current Pro access. Ending Pro removes paid capabilities without deleting supported local records.
Access and connection are separate. The bundle does not automatically share or merge browser-local records, grant consent, cancel separate subscriptions, or promise migration or proration. Supported Nutrition context still requires current access, separate consent, an available source, and sufficiently current data.
Pro turns evidence into guidance today and learning over time.
Paid depth appears where it can change an action, clarify progress, or preserve a useful record rather than becoming extra data for its own sake.
Follow the session as new evidence arrives.
Check the plan, confirm with the final warm-up, evaluate the first working set, and adjust the remaining work when the session response supports it.
- Planned-work support and caution states
- Final warm-up confirmation
- First-set comparison with expected effort
- Continue, reduce, hold, or stop guidance for remaining work

Build lift-specific understanding from the pattern.
Review what changed, compare appropriate evidence, identify plateau context, and carry useful information forward without pretending every comparison is exact.
- Rep-strength, fatigue, rest-response, and warm-up learning
- Progress review and plateau context
- Benchmark ranges with source and confidence
- Advanced modes and a controlled Strength Passport

Need the training structure too?
Strength Lab interprets the training you enter. Choose a training product when you also need the complete structure that decides what is planned.

Review Automatic PlanUses and limits
Guidance is limited by the quality, freshness, and comparability of the available evidence.
Strength history remains in the current browser or device unless exported, backed up, or restored.
Exact lift records are not sent to marketing analytics, entitlement checks, or checkout surfaces.
Strength Lab does not diagnose injury, treat pain, guarantee performance, or replace appropriate professional care.
Strength Lab questions
Clear answers about Free access, Pro, ranges, local records, pricing, and both-Labs access.
Is Strength Lab free?
Yes. Strength Lab Free requires no purchase and includes up to four active lift profiles, comparable evidence entry, core calculators and loading tools, a basic Today range, recent history, basic progress review, and supported import, export, backup, and restore.
Do I need a NeuForm account?
Free can operate locally without a paid subscription. A NeuForm account is used when signup, checkout, paid access, My Library, or billing authority must be verified. Logging in does not turn browser-local strength records into cloud-synced data.
Do I need to test a one-rep max?
No. Strength Lab can build useful evidence from completed submaximal sets. A one-rep-max test is optional and should not be forced merely to produce a number.
Why does Strength Lab use ranges?
Ranges can represent uncertainty, daily variation, evidence quality, exercise variation, equipment, and setup differences more honestly than one exact estimate.
What does Strength Lab Pro add?
Pro adds unlimited profiles and setups, planned-work checks, adaptive Today guidance, warm-up and first-set decisions, remaining-work guidance, session review, personal strength learning, deeper progress intelligence, benchmark ranges, advanced modes, and Strength Passport.
How much does Strength Lab Pro cost?
Strength Lab Pro is $9 per month or $79 per year. Open Strength Lab to review current access, available purchase options, and billing management for the signed-in account.
Does the both-Labs subscription automatically connect data?
No. Nutrition + Strength Pro provides current paid access to both Labs, but it does not automatically share or merge browser-local records, grant consent, cancel separate subscriptions, or promise migration or proration.
What happens to my records if I cancel Pro?
Pro-only capabilities become unavailable, but supported browser-local records remain. Free functionality and permitted export, backup, and restore remain available.
